Clients come to us at various stages of the home buying process. Some are ready to buy right away, while others need time and education. We connected with Jessie in early 2015 but she needed to improve her credit before buying. When Jessie improved her credit, a job change delayed her home buying process again. Since her initial meeting, Jessie received constant communication from our team through phone calls, emails, and videos informing her of the market and helping her get to a position where should could buy her first house. In the summer of 2017 she was finally approved, and we reconnected her with the original realtor that referred her to us. The constant communication and follow up kept Jessie going until she was ready purchase. Clients may not be ready today, but when that someday happens we will always be ready to help!
